Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. No lock-in: cancel directly from your profile, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+

Yes: a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, write to hello@citeproof.co within 14 days of purchase and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

Is annual billing available?+

Yes. On the pricing page, use the Monthly/Annual toggle to switch to annual billing: you save 20% vs monthly — like getting 2.4 months free. You can change anytime.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+

Yes, anytime. Upgrade: you pay only the pro-rated difference. Downgrade: the new price applies from the next billing cycle.

Do you have a plan for agencies with many clients?+

Yes. Beyond the 6 sites of the Dominant plan there's Agency: white-label, multi-client management, and a tailored proposal. Write to hello@citeproof.co for a proposal.

What happens if I hit the AI simulation limit?+

Simulations reset every month; if you need more, the next plan up includes double or more.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. Your data stays private, hosted in the EU on infrastructure we control, with encrypted daily backups and secure authentication. We never share it with third parties — and GDPR-grade protection comes standard.

Can I pay by bank transfer or only by card?+

All major cards via Stripe. For annual agreements and agency plans we can also arrange bank transfer — contact us.

Are taxes added on top of the listed prices?+

No. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees. You receive a regular invoice for every payment.
