  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider (see Section 4). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Website data you submit: the domain names and business details you ask us to analyze.
  • Communications: messages you send to us by email or through the Service.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.

3. How We Use Your Information

Our servers are located in the European Union (Germany, via Hetzner; Supabase in the EU). Some of our service providers (such as Stripe, Resend, and the AI providers) are located in or transfer data to the United States. If you access the Service from outside the European Union, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

6. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Other U.S. State Residents

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
