Managing your subscription

You manage everything from the billing portal, reachable from settings: change plan, update your card, download invoices and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid, without losing access before then.

Subscription, payment and invoices are all managed in one place: the billing portal.

How to reach it

Go to Settings → Billing (or the agent's Subscription section) and open the portal. It's the secure portal of our payment provider: from there you control everything.

What you can do

  • Change plan (upgrade or downgrade): the difference is prorated.
  • Update the payment method (card).
  • Download invoices.
  • Pause or cancel the subscription.

How cancellation works

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid: you keep access until that date, then the subscription doesn't renew. You don't lose what you've paid for right away.

Changing currency or site

The currency is tied to the domain you signed up from (euros on citami.ai, dollars on citeproof.co). For up-to-date prices, see the Pricing page.

If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?

How do I change my payment method?

From the billing portal, reachable via Settings → Billing: there you can update your card and download invoices.
