Shopify app

Product pages: score, rewrite, alt text and schema

Every product gets a 0 to 100 score on title, description, attributes, price and availability, images and schema. In one click the app rewrites title and description from the product's data only, generates image alt texts and verifies the theme's Product schema without replacing it.

The product score

For every product the app checks: a clear title, a description with facts and use cases, filled attributes (brand, type, variants), readable price and availability, images with alt text, a valid Product schema. Issues are listed from the most important.

The To fix list starts from the lowest scores: that is where an hour of work pays most.

Rewriting the product page

Rewrite produces a new title and description using only the product's data: no invented numbers, no promises. If a fact is missing, the app says so instead of making it up. Read the proposal, then Apply: it is written to Shopify and the previous text stays saved for Undo.

Every plan includes a number of rewrites a month: the counter is in the Usage section.

Image alt texts

Images without alt text are listed with Generate: the description is short, concrete, in the store language, and says only what is visible. Apply writes it on the image in Shopify; Undo removes it.

The Product schema: verified, never replaced

Many themes already print a Product schema. The app reads it and tells you what is missing (price, availability, ratings). Its own schema prints only when the theme has none, through the CiteProof · Product data block: if you try to switch it on with a theme that already prints one, the app refuses to avoid duplicates.

Public page check

Check the page opens the product page as an AI would and verifies the data is really live, schema included. It works on password-protected stores too.

CiteProof tracks your brand's visibility across AI answer engines and tells you what to change to get cited.
