Choosing the plan
In the Plan and credits section you see this month's usage and the available plans with products included, measured questions and rewrites a month. Choose opens Shopify's confirmation page: the plan is paid through Shopify billing, in US dollars, and shows on the store's invoice. On development stores it is a test charge.
The plan is recognised on the web platform too: opening the dashboard from the app shows the same plan.
What a plan includes
- Products included: how many products are synced and scored. Beyond the limit we analyse the most important first and tell you how many are left out.
- Measured questions and AI engines: how many category questions are asked every night and to which engines.
- AI rewrites a month: product pages, guides, titles, policies. They renew on the first of the month.
- Stores: how many stores on one plan.
Product credits
If the store has more products than the plan, in the Products and credits box you buy a pack (+100, +500 or +2,000 products) once: it stays on that store for good and raises its capacity. Rewrites stay those of the plan. The payment is a Shopify one-time purchase.
Changing or cancelling
From the same Plan and credits section: an upgrade is immediate, a downgrade starts at the end of the cycle. Uninstalling the app ends the plan.
