The pages
The Pages section lists the store pages and recognises their role: About, FAQ, contact, returns, shipping, privacy, terms, blog articles. Every page gets a score for its role (a contact page without a phone number is worth little) and the first issue to fix.
Unpublished pages are flagged: a policy that is saved but not visible helps nobody.
Returns and shipping
If one of the two policies is missing, Write the draft asks you for the facts: return window, conditions, who pays the return shipping, refund method, delivery times, costs, free-shipping threshold, countries, carrier. The text comes from the facts; the app invents no terms. Apply publishes it as a store policy; Undo restores the previous one.
About and FAQ from the fact sheet
Below the policies sit the About and FAQ boxes. They are the pages AI engines describe a business by (since when, where, who, what) and answer practical questions from. Write the draft uses only the dashboard's fact sheet (Brand → Fact sheet) and the store's policies: no invented numbers, and if the sheet is too empty the app says so. Read the draft; Write on the page puts it on the existing page of that role (the previous text stays for Undo), Create the page makes a new one when there is none. Each draft costs 1 AI rewrite.
Article data (BlogPosting)
The Article data box verifies on a published article whether the page prints Article data (author, dates, breadcrumb). The theme usually does: in that case the app's block stays off. If it is missing, Turn the app's block on prints a complete BlogPosting with Breadcrumb, after you enable the CiteProof · Article data block once in the theme (Theme → Customize → App embeds).
URLs invented by AI engines
At the bottom of the section, Find invented URLs takes the store addresses cited in the measured AI answers, opens them and keeps those answering 404, with the closest real page next to each. Create redirect writes it in Shopify (Navigation → URL redirects); the list of redirects created from here has its own Undo. The store navigation permission is needed: if the app was installed before this update, reopen it from the admin and accept the new permission.
Blog articles
From the Categories section, Write the article publishes the mini guide as a store blog article, in the store language, linked to the collection. Published articles are listed in the Articles section with their status (ready, to review, published).
Guides marked "to review" carry a note: the app found something that does not add up in the data and prefers you read before publishing.
